The staff were pleasant, however the rooms advertise as having queen beds, however the beds are actually full size. The rooms are small. The balcony also faced a building with no view of nothing but the building next door. This did not allow for any natural lighting. Upon check in I asked the clerk to make certain I had a good view and she stated the rooms were all booked and she couldn’t change us. My brother booked directly through the hotel and his room was much more spacious with a beautiful view for the same type room set up. It seems whenever I book through Expedia I end up with a different room than advertised which is always mid.
