“The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. “This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. ”
