“Vero close to the airport ”

“Location eccellente e punto di forza della struttura. Il personale, salvo delle rare eccezioni, è stato poco sorridente e poco Guest oriented. Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. Devo ammettere che non trovare caffè, bollitore e dell’acqua di cortesia in camera è stata una bruttissima sorpresa. Queste amenities ci sono in hotel di categoria inferiore ormai ovunque. La chiusura del bar alle 21...

“This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town.”

“We stayed in one of the suites for a few days. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, but the building, walls, doors, windows and carpet need some upgrades. The hotel is in a great location where you can walk safely to parks, stores and restaurants. The free breakfast and wines hour were great.”
