Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.”

“I booked this particular hotel because of the hot tub, I called and asked upon arrival if the hot tub was available today, it was advised yes. When I went downstairs to use the hot tub it wasn’t working, maintenance came out to confirm that it was down and not heating properly. Disappointed definitely, could have booked elsewhere and received what I wanted.”
