“Really unique hotel in a great area”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti al Penn's View Hotel di Philadelphia. La struttura è situata nel quartiere di Penn, a due passi da alcune principali attrazioni come la Liberty Bell e Independece Hall. A pochi passi dall'hotel passa anche il PHLASH bus che consente di raggiungere le zone più lontane. Personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in prima del previsto senza problemi e abbiamo anche potuto lasciare in consegna le valigie dopo il check-out per poter visitare la...

“Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

“My experience started rough but quickly was cleared up. I appreciated the attention to where they needed to do better. They pivot and get tmit fixed. All the greeters out front are super nice and helpful.”

“If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! ”

“Housekeeping staff and front desk staff good. Although I gave front desk a request for wake up call which wasn't made. Coffee in lobby great in the morning. Hotel is dated and needs some work, carpeting, bathrooms, etc. Will try another Hotel next visit.”
