“le parti comuni dell'hotel sono molto belle mentre le camere necessiterebbero di essere ristrutturate e , trattandosi di hotel a 5*, dovrebbero essere maggiormente accessoriate (mancano ad es. ferro da stiro mancante, spazzolino, dentifricio...). il ristornate è molto buono”

“37 anni in cui viaggio in giro per il mondo.... se questo è un hotel a 4 stelle.... forse 3, ma tanto in forse.... Ho soggiornato ad altri 4 stelle ad Algeri e questo è ben al di sotto per pulizia, e condizione. La sala colazione con il pavimento appiccicoso sembrava si pattinasse sul miele. Altamente sconsigliato. A 100 metri di distanza c'è un altro hotel che veramente può definirsi 4 stelle, oltretutto ad una tariffa inferiore. ”

“Decent hotel in a nice part of Algiers, plenty of character. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully furnished, with lots of marble. The breakfast was adequate and tasty (excellent coffee!). The only slight weaknesses were on cleanliness (we had to ask them to replace the bath mat) and some items not being well-maintained, eg the phone didn't work and the shower head was leaking. Would return.”

“Scarico doccia mal funzionante. Aggiungere grucce nell’armadio. Pulire il balcone sporco di deiezioni da volatili. Posizione hotel ottima. Personale gentile. Scale all’ingresso della hall rendono difficoltoso l’accesso ai disabili o in ogni caso per portare i bagagli. Ascensore storico ma inutilizzabile se si è su sedia a rotelle. Non ci sono camere al piano rialzato. Integrare la colazione con più cibi salati e caffè espresso.”

“ Notre réservation n'a pas été retrouvée. Pourquoi ? Au 1er étage les chambres étaient vraiment dans leur jus...1970's Il y a avait une théière par terre dans le couloir avec une tasse ... Je ne sais pas ce que vaut les chambres des étages supérieurs. Le personnel est charmant, compétent et au service du client. Le lieu est hautement réputé. Le cadre est magnifique. J'y retournerai en m'assurant que la réservation est prise en compte et en demandant des chambres remises au goût du jour.”

The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The location is also convenient for both business and leisure trips. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Im shure its a great place to stay. I booked this for 3 days for my husband for hes travel here, but you had to pay a deposit to be able to get the key, so i booked him something else. Customers service was terrible, ”

“Arredamenti interni molto andanti con 3 posti letto, 1 armadio per metà utilizzato per coperte e cuscini, nessun posto per poter appoggiare la valigia (meglio lasciare i vestiti in valigia per terra), il bagno di dimensioni sotto il minimo con sanitari ultra vecchi.”
