“From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back.”

The view of the beach, the large front deck overlooking the water, the grounds around the property and the amentities all surpassed our expectations. “this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway.”

We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. “This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available.”

“Very nice & super clean condo. In a great location. The only thing that I was not aware of before I booked was it is on the 3rd floor. Luggage was an issue getting it up & down. Condo was exceptionally equipped for anything you might want to do. Totally enjoyed the pool area & beautiful beach.”

“We had an amazing stay at Anna’s - when we arrived she had us set up with a travel crib and daybed for our 3 and 1 yr olds in an alcove off the kitchen that fit them perfectly and allowed us to have use of the entire apartment when they slept. The space is very comfortable with a quiet balcony, beautiful and big bathroom, stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedroom/ living room. “This was our 3rd consecutive year staying in this unit. It is a really comfortable and well-maintained condo--we love everything about it! Yes, part of the view will be blocked by the Andez being built next door but you will still have the amazing view directly in front of the property. The noise from the construction cannot be heard inside the unit and we were not disturbed by it at all. On the beach, the sound of the waves blocks the construction noise as well. Nothing would deter us from...

“We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. Beach is outstanding and it was never an issue getting a lounge chair on the beach. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Grocery store also close by! Would love to come back!”
