“Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!”

“What an adorable and cozy little villa in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the beach. If you enjoy a quiet beach vacation, it’s just perfect! It was very close to Grace Bay as well so only a short drive to town and some nice restaurant choices. We cannot wait to come back.”

“Mermaids Retreat is an easy 5 minute walk straight to the beach. It’s also walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The property managers were easily accessible to immediately answer questions! Everything you need for a day at the beach is included- towels, chairs, snorkels, and even a wagon to get everything to the beach! We’ll be back!”

“It is a nice neighborhood with a beach access close by. Terry did a great job with the Butler service. The backyard was private and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were kept at a pleasant temperature. It would have been nice to have a small carpeted area for the baby to crawl around and some baby equipment on site.”

So it's great for privacy and peaceful nights and great beach access during the day. Aomeone reallt cares about this home, its modern, clean and well cared for. The communication was excellence from start to finish! We frequent Turks and Caicos and this has been one of our favorite stays.”

“The property was very well kept and clean. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the outdoor equipment, such as the chairs and umbrellas, plenty for all of us to use. The home is very close to Gracebay, the main shopping strip in Providenciales, and other beaches. We rented the owner’s van and we’re able to visit quite a few beaches in the vicinity. Our stay was a little under a week, but very pleasurable thanks to having this Hopewell villa as our base....

“The property, home, and pool are more spacious than the pictures. We found the opposite to be true for the gps maps (including satellite images) where Pelican/Sunset beach, Grace Bay resort area, Bight etc. are much closer than they seem! You will need a car, which we enjoyed having to explore the island at our leisure. David greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home and property to familiarize us with everything. The home is very private but also close to all you want and need....

“We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay for my wife’s 40th birthday! The house was great and provided plenty of space for all of us. The location is incredible with its short walk to all the fun things downtown. Having your own private setup on the beach was fantastic. Two different excursions picked us up and dropped us off from the beach at the house which was very nice. Grilling and hanging out in the pool was also a great time. “We loved everything about this property. We were two families, each with 12 and 14 year olds. The location was great, the house was immaculate and well appointed. We all loved the pool, the outdoor cooking area, the canal and the kayaks! Definitely recommend.”

“Lovely villa for a party of 5. Easy to access the nearby beach and awesome that we also got to use all the Port of Calls hotel facilities such as pool and gym and enjoy their nightly activities. Very nice staff. Only recommendations are to let guests know in advance they should rent a car if they want to see T&cs, and to offer snorkel gear in the Villa (masks and snorkels). ”

“Ci siamo trovati benissimo all'Inn at Grace Bay. Si tratta di 18 appartamenti con ogni confort in un piccolo residence con piscina a 3 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Grace Bay beach. L'appartamento ha la sua entrata indipendente..noi eravamo all'ultimo piano con un bel terrazzino da cui si vedeva il mare. Camera matrimoniale con letto king size, antibagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice comodissime, cucina attrezzatissima e grande con soggiorno con divano letto e tavolo. In appartamento c'erano...
