Luminosa villa open space con 2 letti (6 posti letto) con grande piscina privata a soli 250 metri a piedi da Pelican Beach (all'estremità orientale tranquilla di Grace Bay). Soffitti a volta in tutto. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato (vasca con doccia, lavandino e wc), letto king size a baldacchino con materasso memory foam e lenzuola in cotone 100% ad alto numero di fili. Grande bagno en-suite 2 ° camera da letto e letto a baldacchino queen size, materasso a molle e filo alto con lenzuola in cotone 100%. Cucina a pianta aperta, sala da pranzo, zona giorno con divano in pelle e divano letto queen-size con letto estraibile a due letti sottostante. Cavo, internet, Wi-fi, veranda protetta, ampio patio esterno per intrattenere, barbecue a gas. Cucina completamente attrezzata, fornello a gas Frigidaire / forno e frigorifero / congelatore. Selezione di romanzi, giochi da tavolo, teli mare. Mezzo bagno fuori dalla zona giorno. Asciugamani da spiaggia e da bagno forniti. Wonderful holiday

The position of the house is very convenient and close to stunning beaches, like Grace bay or Long bay. The house is confortable and you can find all you need; it is huge and the pool to. Thanks to James and Mary for sharing with us.

The host was very welcoming and made the trip extremely memorable. The property itself is beautiful, with just about everything you'd need on site (cooking utensils, beach gear, coolers, beach chairs, etc.). The pool was also very spacious with sufficient lighting allowing guests to take advantage of the private pool at all hours of the day/night. Lastly, the location was perfect as it was centrally located, yet private enough to be just far away enough from the tourist central area of Grace Bay. With that said, it was still only a 10 minute to drive to get to most places, including Downtown Grace Bay, which was a short 5-6 minute drive. Also, the residence is located in a gated/monitored community, allowing for peace of mind when coming in and out of the settlement/community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private yet centrally located Villa that is spacious and very well equipped.

Had some good perks but overall disappointed with my stay. Would not stay again if I’m ever back in Turks.Pros:Location - was close to the night life like Aziza and the casino. It was also close to the marina which made getting to Noah’s Ark easy on Sunday.Neighborhood felt safe.CONS:Pool was dirty and filled with bugs. There did seem to be a filter in the water but did not notice it actually assisting with cleaning. I can say that one day we went out there and It did look clearer but we decided not to use it. BUGS! A lot of small bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. We did not even cook at the property and they were still flooding the kitchen. There was a trail of them on the wall going to the kitchen counter so they definitely need to do something about the pests!Power and water went out one day for most of the day during our stay. The property manager ended up coming and we told him we would be leaving to stay at another property so we could shower and change. We were sweaty and dirty from being beach bums that day so having no water was a big inconvenience. There was a power outage so this was not the property managers fault but I expected to be compensated for having to stay at another property but he ghosted me. Still have not heard back from them even though we have checked out.I got VRBO support involved who reviewed our messages and confirmed what I was saying was true and they have been trying to call and him them but they can not reach them.

The photos from this rental are very outdated.This house needs some maintenance and care.The furniture is ripped, clutter and "stuff" everywhere, screens are in terrible shape so little bugs get in (we were constantly getting bit), bugs everywhere, pool chipped, refridgerator needed cleaning (dirty and filled with old condiments and sugar), bathrooms need some upgrading or repairs. nice table on the back porch but the screened in porch is full of beach & cleaning supplies so it stinks.Ceiling fans were disgusting. Dryer listed did not work.Overall very disappointing.
The refridgerator when we arrived...smelled and needed wiping down.

Charming house near peaceful beach

This home was great for our family of 3 for our 9 day stay - comfortable, walk to Pelican beach, and secluded. In a quiet neighborhood but easy drive into town. Comfortable beds, great back yard with pool, and well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but needs some updates

Great location in Leeward and 5 min walk to Pelican Beach. Beds were comfortable. Very private gated property. Photos of the inside are from another time. Living area furniture could use some updating. Kitchen could use my new dishes

Nice location, great property manager,

Overall a nice stay. Had everything we needed, appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms given the 113 degree temperature. Great location, away from busy roads, but close to beach only 2 minute walk to the beautiful water. Property manager's were delightful.

Amazing location/beautiful home

We went with another couple, and we cannot say enough great things about our experience. The check in was so easy and the home owners were very responsive. The location of the safe villa was outstanding, a 4 minute walk to the beach, we visiting multiple beaches on our stay and kept coming back to the one closest to the villa as it was the BEST!! The pool was clean and well taken care of. The home was extremely clean. The air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the rooms so cool for sleeping, had the best night sleep after a long hot day. We needed to contact the owners during our stay for a minor issue and they responded immediately and had it fixed within an hour. They had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and lots of beach towels. All the photos do not do the property justice. Amazing!I can’t give enough stars for this property. We will definitely be back and will choose this property again.

Beautiful home, amazing pool and perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the short walk each day to the beach for early morning walks. The pool was really relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed reading beside it each day as our kids swam. The house is so close to wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation in paradise

We had a very relaxing and comfortable week in this vacation home. The location is wonderful! Host is very attentive and helpful. House is well equipped with beach chairs etc. We would stay here again if able to return here!

Great place for vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Turks. The house was very well maintained, including nice outdoor furniture and very clean grill. The house is in a GREAT location, the beach nearby is absolutely stunning. Although it's a 5 min walk, we chose to load up the chairs, umbrella and cooler and drive so we didn't have to carry everything. Parking was easy. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.We had some issues with construction noise a few houses up and mentioned it to the owner. It was tough to sit quietly by the pool with the noise, but their isn't anything that could be done so I don't hold it against them! I would love to come back to this same place. It is definitely as advertised.

Wow! Its our 4th time here, because we LOVE it!

Everything about this place is perfect for us! The house has everything anyone could possibly need! The pool is delightful and I can swim laps every morning! Location is quiet and safe, plus it is easy to go anywhere from here! Best of all - we LOVE the caretaker, Mario! He is absolutely wonderful and so helpful if needed! I really hope we can return here, because we feel like we are coming "home" when we get to this familiar & special place! Thanks again for everything!!

Relaxing oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird villa. The style of the villa felt relaxed from the minute we arrived. Although we were early and the cleaner was still there, she was happy for us to drop off all our bags and told us where to go to stock up on supplies. The villa is in a lovely area and feels so private with all the trees and shrubs surrounding it. We loved the pool and swam in it every morning and when we got back from trips out. The beautiful beach is only a short walk away and although only small, we thought it was one of the prettiest on the island. We walked down most nights to watch the sunset which was different every night. James was very responsive and was happy to let us check out late as we had an evening flight, which allowed us to enjoy our last day even more. Would gladly recommend this villa to both adults and families

Hummingbird Villa stay

Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Owners truly have thought of just about every detail from beach chairs to scuba gear. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and we were truly grateful for the plethora of towels available to us. The kitchen was functional, the pool was great. The only gripe we had was that the main living area was not air conditioned.

Nice and clean

Owners were super nice and using the house was super easy. Location was excellent, nice gated neighborhood, very near to a beautiful beach. Pool was perfect for my kids. Only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning in the living room/kitchen which we were aware of prior anyway so really it wasn't a problem at all. It is just very hot in Turks and we didn't want to hang out much in the living room or do any cooking b/c it was too hot. But the bedrooms were very cold and we slept fine. Owners also provide several beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, toys, floats which was super handy! Overall it was a very nice house, we just prefer A/C throughout a house.

TCI stay

House was as advertised. Had a small problem with a leak from the rain that was a bit annoying but that was out of their control. Other than that house was great! Amazing communication with property manager.
