Questo condominio di 1850 piedi quadrati, si trova al secondo piano dello sviluppo esclusivo Grandview di 18 unità, che occupa uno dei tratti più belli della famosa Grace Bay Beach. Essendo un'unità angolare nella parte più tranquilla dello sviluppo, beneficia di una luce aggiuntiva per la finestra e di una grande terrazza coperta più aperta. Lo sviluppo ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio e sala fitness in loco, e molti ottimi ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. A circa 5 minuti in auto, c'è il supermercato Graceway Gourmet ben fornito e molti negozi boutique. Un supermercato più grande si trova a circa 10 minuti di distanza. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. The condo was perfect for our family of four—we especially loved that each child had their own bed, and the rose waiting for us upon arrival was such a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal, with the pool and hot tub just steps away and easy access to the beach. There were always chairs and umbrellas available, and the beach never felt overcrowded, making it especially relaxing. We also discovered (a little too late!) that there’s a bar next door serving tacos and drinks—something we’ll definitely take advantage of earlier next time. We used Regina’s grocery shopping service, which was very convenient, and both Regina and Rachel were incredibly helpful in picking up a few extra items for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

This place is actually even better than the photos. Not only is the location perfect for being able to walk to all of our favorite spots but the condo itself is impeccable. Very spacious, clean, lovely decor, thoughtfully laid out, practical and most importantly, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Rachel and Regina made everything seamless and easy. This condo has everything you could need and the deck is dreamy with an incredible view of the sunset. There are plenty of chaises and umbrellas, they were never more than half full while we were there. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely loved this place! Everything about our stay was amazing. Rachel is an incredible host and surprised us with a bottle of champagne—such a thoughtful touch! 🥂 The condo felt very safe, it was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We had no problem getting a beach sun lounger every day, and they were incredibly comfortable.The view is unreal—watching the sunset from the patio was a highlight. The location is perfect, walkable to great restaurants like my favorite, Coco Bistro. We also rented a car to explore the island and loved snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, where we saw sea turtles and even an octopus! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Can’t wait to come back!

My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay. -Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived.-The kitchen is modern and functional for all your cooking needs.-The view is spectacular.-The beds were comfortable and cozy.-The location is perfect because you are removed from the busiest area of Grace Bay, but everything is still a close walk or drive. -The beach always had recliners/chairs available.-I loved having a gym in the building.-It was nice to have a local contact/concierge who checked in on you (via phone) to ensure all was well.I highly recommend this place!

The whole stay at the Grandview was smooth and amazing! The owner and manager were both very helpful and made us feel at home. The home was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the quick stroll to the beach and the pool. My son even saw a stingray while swimming and shell hunting! It was very quiet and the attendant at the beach was very kind. There were always chairs and umbrellas ready for us! The house was very clean and it was helpful to have some main household products already there (dishwasher tabs,etc) so that we didn't have to buy whole containers for a few washes for the week. As a mom who has had to pack for a beach rental before, this was a huge help! The property was also very safe feeling with the extra security gate. We would say this stay location was highly recommended!! Thank you to the owner and manager for the great week!

Wonderful! We have been to Turks several times. Have stayed in resorts and rented a single family home. This is the way to go! Beautiful property. Stunning views. Fully stocked kitchen. At breakfast and lunch in the condo, ventured out for dinner. Very central location. Clear communication w property manager. The on site staff were attentive and took pride in their work. Comfortable beds/pillows. Laundry machines worked well. Would love to return!

Amazing !

The place had everything and the location was unbelievable. Right on Grace Bay and just steps to the beach. It has to be the shortest path to the beach on the island. This complex also puts the chairs close to the water unlike most of the other hotels/resorts we saw on Grace Bay. The property manager and host were very accommodating and responsive. This unit also provided a chilled water station and even refilled it during the stay. This was icing on the cake for a unit that already had everything you needed. This complex/condo is also close to many restaurants and beach bars. The excursion pickups are also right on the beach in front of the condo. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Don’t miss it !

Everything about this condo was wonderful. We had literally everything we needed for our stay. Adeline the property manager was super nice and responsive. She will even shop for you before you get there. I would highly recommend this. The property and grounds are perfect and private. A little slice of paradise.

Amazing stay, spectacular view and location!

We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Best VRBO Ever!

I have never written a review before as I am super busy with work and running the kids around once we get back from a vacation. But this condo WAS AWESOME and I wanted to make sure I shared it as reviews are a big determining factor of what we book. Everything about this condo exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was very timely (Rachel); communication with the property manager (Adeline) was excellent as well. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. There was more than enough supplies: TP, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc. The condo was super clean, comfortable beds, more than enough room for all of us. We used the complex hot tub every day. Super clean complex, pool area, gym, etc. My only suggestion to enhance the beach view from the condo patio would be bar height table and chairs. And that is just an enhancement! You won't be disappointed renting this condo!

Dream vacation, Dream condo!

My friend and I had an incredible time on our first trip to T&C, and this condo is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds of the Grandview and the condo are absolutely pristine, and the ocean view from our place was stunning. I felt 100% safe on this property, and the surrounding hotels are very nice and upscale. The property manager Adeline and the the condo owner Rachel were quick and professional with all communications. We were able to set up in condo massages and a clear kayak tour through the property manager, and both experiences were amazing. The bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, kitchen were just perfect. The Grandview was quiet and relaxing (no crazy parties around us) which is exactly what we wanted. Rachel and Adeline make the stay so easy: everything is labeled so clearly that we were able to use all appliances with ease. The appliances are all upgraded and didnt need to pack many clothes (even though we both overpacked) because we could do laundry. Rachel has thought of everything that you might want- we really appreciated the filtered water dispenser that Adeline filled up again when we contacted her, and we used the pool floats when we visited our favorite Taylor Bay- the calmest, shallow water to lazily float around in! We ate several meals at Pelican Bay Restaurant less that 2 min walk next door, and we loved The Grill at Grace Bay Club for lunch (I’m trying to replicate the Rainbow Bowl at home and it’s just not the same!)

Great stay at Provo

While the views at Grace Bay speak for themselves this location right on the beach is fabulous. Everything was exceptional. The checking procedures and communications with the manager were extremely clear and easy to follow and the unit itself was just perfect. Very clean and spacious this unit was just what we needed for some down time at the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to T&C.
