“Our stay at Villas Sol was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers. At check-in we were told that the pool with the swim-up bar, jacuzzi and Spa were closed. These closures were not communicated before arrival. We booked a Premium Ocean Villa and our first room had an obstructed ocean view and rock-hard beds. Management did change our room to the correct room, after we complained.
