“Best kids friendly hotel”

“Property supposed to be super bt maintained badly. Most of the rides for kids were not functional. They have some wonderful staff and pools. There was no wifi in the rooms by the common area has. That was actually good as we could stay away from our phones little bit. the way the rooms were kept and build was nice. Food was okay bt repetitive so after few times we will tired. Overall it’s an average”

“It’s a very nice resort. Half of the resort has been renovated and the Palace side of the resort is about to go under renovations. If it looks anything like the renovations done on the other side, it’ll be beautiful when it’s done. The staff was fantastic, especially the servers. If you get around the pool, look for Edwin. We had a group of 20 and did not have any issues”

“The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but...

“The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.”

“Really nice property. Restaurant wasn’t the best, but the property was beautiful, particularly as a last night before the end of a trip.”

“The staff at hotel Villa del Sueno is what makes the place. We had a couple minor issues, but they were so small that we didn’t even bother to ask for assistance - 1) dirty coffee ring on our nightstand upon check in - cleaned ourself. 2) the shower head had a leak and was spraying out over the edge of the shower onto our sink area - we put a rag over it and it was fine. “The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. Will be back for sure. Check in and check out smooth and amazing ”

“Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare ,bel contesto molto verde e curato con una bella piscina ,amache spase nel giardino,ottima sicurezza Colazione casereccia molto apprezzata ,buono il miele 🍯 Camera non troppo spaziosa ,ma letto king size comodo Spiaggia a 2 passi anche se non è il massimo Buona la pulizia ,giardini curatissimo Consiglio questa struttura se cerchi un ambiente familiare e tranquillo”
