“Don’t stay here pictures are not what it is. Rooms was filthy, still had stickers on the wall from the previous person who was in the room, tub was dirty with a dirt ring blue stain on the bed sheets. This place almost ruined our vacation; thanks to villas sol way better place rooms was clean and better view and cheaper. Whatever you do don’t stay here. And we have pictures and videos to prove this place sucks”

“Food and staff were amazing. Only issue we had was with our water heater and maintenance guy not being helpful, they use gas water heaters and the duct for gasses was just a regular dryer duct that was deteriorating and had holes in it letting gasses into the room. I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...

“Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. “The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. “The place is pretty cool! A unique stay. Definitely not a great place if you are planning on working since their WiFi is not the best. They do have a small coworking space but the lighting is kinda bad and bad WiFi as well. Aside from that, everything was great! The plunge pool was nice, the rooms nice and clean, and breakfast was small but good.”
