Very, very, very poor service and misleading website with pictures.
This place is very outdated. No hot water the entire 5 day/ 4 nights we were there. The Guy next to us in 502 didn't have any either. 2 other ladied had to change 3 different rooms the first day they arrived due to no hot water and moldy/smelly rooms. When you turned the hot water faucet on nothing even came out, the hot water supply was completely shut off to the rooms.
We didn't get new towels until 9pm the night before we left after i asked multiple times. They just refused to reply on Whats app.
The whole facility isnt very clean overall, the drinks are sub par with minimum alcohol and the food is just alright. Nothing fancy. This place is a 2 star resort at best.
Upon arrival we couldn't even get pool towels because their laundry machine was down, so they said. Now thinking back it was probably from a lack of hot water.
Now to hear from you, Expedia, that after the guy at the front desk told us on the second day when we asked to switch rooms to one with hot water that they would fully refund us on our stay, but now are denying it after we leave is very sickening.
Our "relaxing" vacation was completely ruined by some resorts misleading information and poor services to just steal from travelers and treat them like garbage upon their stay.
