“The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

“Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.”

“Wonderful location on a quiet street walking distance to beautiful Lewis Bay, (1/4 mile). Home was very clean, fully equipped kitchen and a Weber outdoor grill. Our host Kara was readily available for questions or concerns. Looking forward to renting this quaint lovely cottage again!!”

“What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. I loved walking the Sylvan Path every morning. The host stayed in touch to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Sharon!”

“My bestie & I had our girls getaway at this wonderful little cottage. I absolutely loved it. Perfect for two single women, separate bedrooms, a nice little kitchen and wonderful screened-in porch that allowed me to sit and just look out at the water, seeped in peacefulness. We were lucky that no one else was in any of the other cottages so it was very quiet. There's a great Irish pub down the street where we had dinner one night too. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“The yard looked totally neglected and the house was good only superficially. AC promised but not operating. Help number goes to someone in Oregon who has no way of helping. For 18 hours they promised to help but can’t. I abandoned my reservation and left to return home. There is no indoor dining and yard situation disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
