  • Questo adorabile cottage è in una posizione ideale! Situato in un tranquillo vicolo cieco con altre cinque case. A 5 minuti a piedi lungo la strada vi porta a White Pond. Il cottage ha diritto ai diritti per il laghetto, per farti godere la pesca e la canoa. Dispone di 3 camere da letto - 1 letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli e letti a castello che possono ospitare 2. Ogni camera ha un cassettone, un armadio o entrambi. Un bagno con box doccia e lavandino. Con una pianta soleggiata e aperta offre molto spazio abitativo. Lavatrice / asciugatrice e aria centrale. Lenzuola, asciugamani e teli da cucina inclusi. La cucina completamente attrezzata è la dimensione perfetta per cucinare qualsiasi pasto e rilassarsi a casa piuttosto che mangiare fuori. Rilassati nella veranda e goditi il tuo libro preferito e il caffè del mattino. Appena fuori dalla porta della cucina c'è una nuovissima griglia a gas Weber per il 2018. Sedie a sdraio, teli mare e grande ombrellone sono qui per la vostra convenienza. Più giocattoli di sabbia per i bambini. Il paesaggio è incantevole con erba e alberi maturi. Parcheggio per 2 auto.

Cottage is well located in Chatham with easy access to downtown and local beaches. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need for cooking, grilling, laundry, etc. We had a very pleasant week's stay and owner communicates well for providing information and answering questions.

Lovely base for a Cape stay

This property made a lovely base for exploring the Cape. Easily accessible, near some good restaurants and an easy drive to Chatham, Harwich and beyond. Access to the public beach at White Pond was a highlight - we swam every day!

Nice cottage. Very clean, great location. Nice yard, could use an outside table for meals. Very nice porch especially for morning coffee and evening meals. House is a little dated but would stay again. Sharon was an excellent host. Very good communicator.

Great easy process for a 4 day get away. Close to town, restaurants, and grocery store. Clean and nice relaxed property with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely Cape house with our 13-year old son while we were in town for a week for a family wedding. It was perfect! It’s such a sweet spot, and reminded me of the Cape vacations we used to take when I was a kid - peaceful, simple, and carefree.It’s an easy walk to a great bakery and coffee shop, and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.Sharon is easy to communicate with, and does a great job hosting.We’d definitely recommend this rental.

Just what we needed !

Location was amazing for exploring Chatham! We were able to paddle board on the pond which was so quiet and peaceful, hiked on th trails up the road and close to downtown and beaches ! The house was a exactly as advertised, it was clean ,

Great summer getaway

We really enjoyed the cottage for our end of summer trip to Chatham. Sharon was a wonderful and generous host who responded timely to any inquiries we had. Great location in Chatham with easy access to downtown as well as Chatham beaches. Nice, quiet street with access to walking trails. Would stay here again!

Sharon was so incredibly accomidating to us, I really appreciate her timeliness in responses and overall communication. The place overall was a cute and much needed get away for us. Very clean, and really has everything you could need!

The bathroom is small and the laundry is outside in a shed. The kitchen is good with a microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable living space, but there no lamps.

Sister trip, good thing multiple rooms as I snore!

Nice place centrally located. Larry’s PX great and the Sylvan Garden was a nice surprise! I wouldn’t necessarily brag about access to White Pond however.

Sharon was a great host and check-in and communication were super easy. Great proximity to downtown and to beaches and that is really all we cared about. Accommodations were clean and neat albeit rustic and dated. In summary, for the cost in the overpriced Cape this is a solid choice.

Balfour cottage

What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. I loved walking the Sylvan Path every morning. The host stayed in touch to make sure everything was fine. Thanks Sharon!

Great Location

My daughters and I were in town for the annual Christmas Stroll. Sharon's house is adorable, clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Very close to town and the the fish market where we purchased steamed and cracked lobster for our dinner. We enjoyed walking down to White Pond to watch the gorgeous sunset. Street is tucked away off of Rte 28 on a quiet road. Fabulous and festive weekend.

Beachy and relaxing

We had a great time staying in this vacation home! Vibe was beachy and easy going. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. House was stocked with what you need to cook meals. Grill was also nice to have. Very clean and easy to keep clean with all wood floors. We loved lounging around in the sun room all times of day. Area was very quiet, but close enough to a few shops and restaurants to walk to. Loved our stay there and hope to come back soon!

Great location and property

Overall the stay was great, home was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were pleasant. The only reason I didn’t review the listing 5/5 is because during the stay the owner was having the drier replaced (the replacement arrived on our last day and worked perfectly), and was part of the reason we picked the property. Sharon the owner was very responsive as questions arose which made the stay very predictable and pleasant.
