Godetevi questa spaziosa villa al 2 ° piano con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Posizione fantastica al resort Ocean Edge. Svegliati al suono degli uccelli. A pochi passi dalla Linx Tavern, che è aperta ogni giorno durante la stagione per colazione, pranzo e cena. A pochi passi dalla piscina Arbor e lo Shark Bah. Questa bella unità offre soffitti cattedrale, finestre in palladio, soggiorno con caminetto, nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno. A / C in tutte le zone giorno, 4 TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, Internet ad alta velocità, telefono. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, nuovo materasso / fondamento per il sonno ristoratore. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size. Terza camera da letto ha un letto full size con nuovo materasso e fondazione. Completamente applianced cucina, lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Splendidamente arredate con un tema nautico. Appena ristrutturato con due nuovi bagni, con ripiani in granito. Nuovi mobili da cucina con ripiani in granito. C'è un play-and-pak, carrozza e seggiolino per i più piccoli. Si prega di portare lenzuola e coperte per bambini. Molte attività oltre al golf (vedi elenco). Soggiorno minimo di 7 notti in luglio e agosto, il resto dell'anno è previsto un soggiorno minimo di 3 notti.

Abbiamo diversi ospiti abituali. I loro commenti hanno been- questo posto è bellissimo. Ci piace, non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Molto pulito e tutto aggiornato. Ho visto gli altri ma questo è di gran lunga il migliore. Arredato in una modalità spiaggia estiva che può farti sentire felice. Cammina verso le piscine.

Non aspettare questo condominio andrà rapidamente.

Great weekend stay

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Lorin’s condo. We were pleasantly surprised to see a nice bottle of wine on the table upon our arrival. The condo was immaculate, sheets/towels were and check in was seamless. We would high recommend a stay here. Thank you Lorin

We had a great time at this property. It is charming and Ocean's Edge is a lovely property. The owner made some fantastic recommendations. We found Brewster to be a great central location for all of our Cape adventures. Our family was very comfortable here. host

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This villa was absolutely perfect! Great location, close to the pool, restaurants, beaches and there were many local activities for kids not far from the resort. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back next summer!

Lovely condo

Lorin's condo was a great launching spot for our Cape vacation. The 3 bedrooms are large and set up for adults, with options for younger children. Lorin has thought of everything, and the unit is so well equipped that you won't have to buy or bring the random things from home. There are books, games, beach towels, and chairs, and all the linens are included. The location is close to lots of activities, and there are plenty of options available without leaving Ocean Edge as well. We truly enjoyed our week and would definitely rent again. Thanks Lorin!

Excellent Stay

We had a great time staying at Lorin's villa in Brewster. The property and proximity to amenities was exactly as described. The condo was spacious; the 2 main bedrooms were very large. The whole process was easy and the host was responsive and gave helpful advice about the are. Access to a stroller, pack n play and booster seat also helped!

Wonderful stay/ Gorgeous property

We all really enjoyed our family trip to OceanEdge to this beautiful property and home. Was super clean and so well stocked with everything. Plenty of toys, games, etc. Beds super comfortable. Property owner was wonderful and made sure everything was fine with our stay. Can't wait to go back again!

Spacious, very clean, perfectly stocked and tastefully decorated villa

We had a great time at Lorin’s villa at Ocean Edge. We wanted for nothing. Had everything at our fingertips. Great location near the pool and pool bar with delicious drinks. Would definitely book again. Food at the Lynx was very good and food at The Terrace was amazing.

Brewster vacation 2022

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was perfect. The decor was great for a Cape house. A lot of home comforts. Great proximity to the pool and our favorite Linx!!!! It was very nice to sit on the deck over looking the golf course in the am and later in the pm. We hope to be back next year!!!!!

Perfect week on the cape

What a lovely property and easy rental experience. The condo was spacious and clean and bright. The ships in the windows were an absolute delight for my Peter Pan obsessed child. The beach blankets, towels, sand toys and chairs really made our week easy and fun. Thank you Lorin!

Excellent!

We highly recommend this beautiful condo. The back deck is very private with a gorgeous view of the golf course! The large floor to ceiling windows in the dining area let in lots of light and again, have that gorgeous view! Cathedral ceilings make the dining - living area open and airy. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with everything you can think of including a Keurig (won me over instantly). Plenty of silverware, dishes, etc. Blender, toaster, regular coffee machine, dishwasher. Deck has an electric grill which was very easy to use. The multiple AC units keep the condo nice and cool. The condo is very spacious - plenty of room. The master bedroom is very large with one of the two full bathrooms attached. All mattresses were very comfortable. Lots of towels. A closet with many chairs and beach items. Master bedroom and one other bedroom both have small decks as well. Excellent location - right across the street from Arbor pool and next to the Lynx restaurant. Buy your Starbucks and pastry in the morning right outside of the Lynx. All of the decks have nice, newer furniture. The washer and dryer are both new, high-tech, easy to use. The owner, Lauren, is very easy to work with and provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. It was extremely clean and well kept. Love the nautical décor! We will definitely vacation here again!

Nice unit but needs updating, refresh and a deep clean!

This was a decently-sized unit in a nice location. The surrounding property and building were older but well-maintained. We enjoyed being on a golf course and in a central location! The unit inside was ok. The worst thing about it was that it was pretty dirty. I knew that the unit needed updating from the pictures (which, I know, of course, factors into the price), but, of course, I could not see how clean or dirty the unit would be from the pictures. The trim around the doors and several walls had splattered stains, the floors had crusted dirt that could not be removed with a sweeping or quick mopping (it stuck to your feet), and there was dust galore. It looked like no one had bothered to dust other than the noticeable, and often used, surfaces in some time. Part of the problem, I think, is that there are way too many knick-knacks all over the house that are hard to dust and tend to gather dust. Rentals should not have so many knick-knacks (I know because I used to own a vacation rental agency and own a vacation rental property of my own.) I guess I just expected that we would be one of the first summertime renters and, as such, that the property should have been deep-cleaned in the off season. This was NOT the case, even though I know this is the usual course of business with vacation rentals. I did not notice how dusty the unit was until I looked more closely. I was working out in the master bedroom, and, when I had to get on the floor for an exercise, I noticed just how dusty everything was. In fact, there was a thick layer of dust under furniture, such as the desk, that was open and easy to dust. Then, I started noticing dust all over the unit and the dirty trim and walls. Moreover, the unit could use some significant updating (this, of course, would allow for additional rental income for the unit too), especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. The furniture was comfortable but looked quite worn, especially the throw pillows. The walls and trim are desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint. There are nicks, scratches, holes, etc., just about everywhere. There are even repairs to the walls that are not properly covered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the unit for the price, especially since we did not spend much time there. But...I definitely suggest the unit get a deep cleaning, that many of the knick-knacks be removed to prevent dust collection and the look of clutter and get an update!
