“The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this
1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor
2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored
3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel
4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is...

Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.
However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

“The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet.”

When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum.
