“It was clean and beautiful”

“The check in foyer was clean. The complimentary breakfast could have been better. The one in Dunnellon was much better a 5 star this location was a 2.5. The rooms were clean but some fixtures next to the bed had rust on them. Which to me is an easy fix. If they listen and read the reviews. The location of this property I loved. Close to very nice restaurants and entertainment. The staff was excellent and gave great recommendations in where to go and have dinner and lunch. So I give this location...

“This place is sketchy to say the least. I am not sure who is leaving the positive reviews, but believe me, stay far away. The place is in a questionable area. The rooms are not clean. They have been repainted, but they are not clean to the standard that a hotel with this guest rating should have. Our room was damp. It was so damp that the sheets had a wet feel. We checked in around 11 and checked out at 7. I seriously thought about finding another hotel, but we survived the night. Not sure about...

“Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.”

“We opened our door for the first time and roaches scattered. We didnt stay here after that. Quick door open and leave.”

“There was roaches everywhere I tried to have a coffee and when I rinsed out the machine 3 roaches fell out of it”

“Property has had some renovations I dont think they are done yet. The elevators one didnt work properly and they had lots of odors. I couldnt press certain numbers. Breakfast was ok but offered cereal and had no milk available. Ran out and it was early. Personally my hotel I am running out to store to get it. However, I was impressed how nice the staff was. Definitely a plus. They need to finish more upgrades in the rooms. No usb charging offered by bed table no alarm clock.”

“The room was dirty, our socks turned black, the ceiling had several black globs of something on it. The water quit working as we were going out for the day. when we got back it was back on, but there was a puddle of water coming out from under the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up and no more came out so we didn't call the front desk. Later that night as we went to the bathroom out socks keep getting wet, but couldn't see where it was coming from. Turned on all the lights and it was coming up...
