Condizionatore non funzionante per filtro sporco.Capelli nel letto e sul cuscino, alla reception, con disappunto, mi hanno consegnato una federa invitandomi a cambiarmela senza nessuna scusa. Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet with exception of early morning rooster calls (not fault of property mgt). We used the pool facility and enjoyed the sun and swim at a clean pool. The staff at Yacht Haven accommodated all of our requests for clean towels during our stay. The AC was quiet and provided cool lodging.”

“The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...

“This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”
