“Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again.”

“Visited in June, so it was mostly quiet down around the hotel. Unfortunately our room 8th floor room was noisy with ongoing knocking and squeaking noise from the water system. Disappointed that they would assign this room —there’s no way they did not know this. Yes, we told the woman manager in the lobby. Walked everywhere. Only one Lyft ride to the must see WW11 museum. The room furnishings are dated, but very clean. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Nice cafes and coffee shops within a...

“We recently stayed for a vacation and the hotel was really nice! The breakfast was pricey if you didn’t have the complimentary pass. Luckily we were near several options for dining and were able to plan accordingly. The trolley was not running near our hotel but quickly learned that uber/lyft were great and cost effective options to get around. The coffee shop was also a great add on for evening smoothies and/or mid day snacks and drinks. The pool was beautiful and the property was well kept....
