“Awesome place”

“Gorgeous boutique hotel with fantastic updates that also keep the charm and history of a French Quarter building. Beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is very close to Bourbon Street, so there is quite a bit of noise, especially at night. I sleep with earplugs anyway, but I know the hotel does offer them if needed. Courtyard is fantastic and has plenty of seating. Would definitely stay at The Celestine again when in the French Quarter.”

“The room was just as I expected it. It was nice, quiet, clean and spacious. Just steps away from bourbon street without the noise. The front door kitties are nice. The staff are super helpful and nice as well. The only drawback was my hubby is 6'5" and he had to duck some in the bathroom and shower. That is the nature of older buildings though.”

“Hot water was lacking, so if you like cold morning showers you'll be right at home. $57/day for valet is nonsense. $25 dollars to rent a movie I should be able to access from my netflix account is absurd. Charges to my bill b/c a sensor in the room was triggered when a beverage or snack from the minibar was moved is a great way to generate revenue without an expense. Thankfully I looked at my bill and remove ~$100 in charges. There were smells like a gas station bathroom in different areas...

“The property has only been operational for 2 weeks. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no parking in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. It was pouring rain. We had to find a random parking garage 2 blocks away and paid $150 for 4 fays of parking. We unloaded on the 5th floor of parking and made it through the pouring rain to the hotel once again. “La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. “Hotel Mazarin exceeded our expectations. Every staff person we met was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and very quiet considering how close we were to Bourbon Street. We were there four nights, and the only night we heard outside noise was on Friday. That had died down by midnight, so we were able to sleep peacefully even with a street view on the second floor. “Friendliest staff and thr rooms were clean. We stayed on the 4th floor with a balcony, you could hear the music all night (we enjoyed, it some wont) breakfast was good and the bar had thr best hurricane that we tried. right next to bourbon street so if youre not leaving the french quarters it was an easy walk everywhere ”

“My only issue with our stay was with the televisions. We had to reset the tv and give permission to all the streaming apps every time we turned the TV on. If you experience a day where it rains heavily throughout the entire day, some while you dry is helpful.”
