“I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. “This penthouse was perfect for our needs. The balcony area was a perfect spot for an afternoon nap! We were 2 couples with one over 6 ft tall man, so the 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms made it so perfect and easy so we could all get ready at the same time.
