ottima posizione da areoporto metro 8.9. e 2 arrivi a 100 metri dall'hotel linea due perfetta per visitare madrid, autobus 411 perfetto per vedere toledo e 644 per vedere l'escorial buona vacanza a tutti

“Vicino alla Metro Alacia”

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, stanza ampia, con finestrature su Madrid in lontananza. Pulizia perfetta, ottimo servizio gratuito di Wi-fi anche in stanza. Colazione abbondante e varia!

“Silken Torre Garden”

Nulla da eccepire in merito alla sistemazione, purtroppo l'hotel è inserito in un contesto urbano con presenza di malfattori che di notte non esitano a commettre effrazioni nelle auto parcheggiate ho vissuto una esperienza diretta e sono stato derubato del navigatore, stessa sorte è toccata ad una famiglia (spagnola) il giorno seguente

“Silken Torre Garden”

Hotel molto pulito e camera spaziosa, personale cordiale. La posizione non è centrale ma la fermata della metro dista poche centinaia di metri. L'unica piccola pecca è che sembrava che il personale alla reception parlasse solo spagnolo, ma ci siamo capiti lo stesso. Ci hanno fornito spiegazioni e mappe della città gratuitamente. Un buon hotel per chi non fa della posizione il requisito principale.

“Good Hotel - But beware of noisy neighbours”

Hotel was very easy to get to about 10-15 Mins from centre of Madrid by metro. Metro station isonly a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Easy check in/out. Large clean well kept room, pleanty of storge space for clothes. Nice bathroom, very powerful shower but old and a bit fiddly to get right but once you get the hang of it - very good. Could do with more storage space for toiletries! Excellent breakfast, but same every day, if you like a change you'll get bored but it was good and pleanty of it - clean pleasent breakfast room. Now to the down side, very noisy garden terrace and surrounding streets! The hotel terrace seems to be used by everyone for diffent meets and they go on to the wee small hours. Very noisy local bar, area is new but seems somewhat down at heal (but safe) and lots of shouting at the weekend, as hotel is mid size it would be difficult to find a room to avoid all this - during the week it seems much more peaceful...We would return but avoid weekends.

“Good Deal”

No surprise about the location since we knew the location was slightly out of the way in a residential neighborhood in Madrid. The check-in was efficient, the room clean and the hotel itself quiet. The street below was not the most quiet due to traffic late into the night but bearable.

“Metro right around the corner”

That hotel is near public transportation is a real plus. We did not choose to be in heart of the city, because price likely to be higher than we were willing to pay. Room comfortable, and breakfast (buffet) is included. A nice mix of hotel guests. Hotel is a block from Metro. At most a 15-minute ride to Sol, which is the heart of the city in terms of activity, shopping, eating, overall liveliness. If you arrive early in the morning, be prepared to wait for room to be ready. This is a three-star hotel. Really good for the money.

“A nice hotel, but not a convinient location”

It's not in the centre of Madrid, its about a 20minute taxi drive to the centre, costing around 20€. but there is a metro station up the road called Alsacia, which takes u directly to the centre (SOL) costing €1.50 each for single trips, about 6/7 stops. I wouldn't recommend going to the metro at night though. There is a supermarket also up the road and a KFC, McDonalds & a couple of tapas places. If it wasn't for the Shopping centre Las Rosas, it would of been quite boring as the hotel is bang in the middle of a residential area. Overall a nice hotel, clean, comfy beds & friendly staff.

“Clean but not touristy”

Room was large and clean. The location was in the eastern part of the city and not the downtown touristy area. If location to El Prado and other museums is a factor in your lodging choice, then you may want to look elsewhere. If you want to see a typical Madrid neighborhood/community then this is a wonderful example. A shopping mall is 4 blocks away if you are really bored.
