“When we booked it was breakfast included. Front desk forgot to give us vouchers. We didn’t get breakfast. In the room, the body wash was empty. Only realized it after I got in the shower. Those two things were disappointing but our overall stay was very pleasant.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
