Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The positive first:
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative.
The “buffet” breakfast is ok and they keep hot coffee on all day long.
The price for a “studio suite” was reasonable $200/night). This may have been a special rate since I am a Hilton Platinum rewards member.
Location is good and is accessible to shops, restaurants, the airport, etc.
The bad:
The room was in very poor condition; dirty, rundown, broken furniture, etc.
The HVAC was in terrible shape, was so
Loud it was hard to hear the tv at times, and vacillated between blowing out incredibly hot air and ice cold air (we were in the middle of a large snow storm). The room was often freezing.
Noise: the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations and other more intimate activities easily. I did not have children with me in this trip but if I had, I would be concerned about what can be heard from the neighboring rooms.
I would say it is a 2 star property with very nice staff. While it was relatively inexpensive, I will stay elsewhere the next time I’m
