“Room was fine. Too expensive for location”

“This was our 2nd time staying at the Comfort Inn in Milledgeville. The lobby is nicely remodeled and clean. We were greated and the person at the desk went out of his way to find us an early check-in room. The room is very basic. Really in need of updating and maintenance. Floors are scared and ready to be replaced. Wall have bad patch jobs and need trim repair and fresh paint. Room was clean with a very strong bleach scent. Our TV had been broken by the previous people but the staff was quick...

“Lightbulbs were out in the room and the batteries didn’t work in the remote. The run had an odor.”

“This property is horrible. Parking lot full of very large pot holes. Elevator (appears to be the only one) did not work for several days with no maintenance people around to fix it. Upon check in, requested top floor and was told " no " Upon check out, requested a receipt and was told " no ". Both times the staff seemed to enjoy saying "no" to the most basic request. The only pleasant people at this property seemed to be the housekeeping staff. I would not recommend this property to anyone.”

“The staff were very helpful anytime we had questions. We were there for a event and my wife got sick. I asked if we could check out a little later so she could stay at the hotel while the rest of us went to the event. And the person on duty said that would be fine. For those that may stay here in the future, there is a WalMart across the street that is walking distance and a IHOP restaurant next door.”

“Front desk clerk was very friendly. A mistake was made by issuing the wrong room, but she made it correct. The bathroom could have been cleaner and our room could have been more tidy. Not terrible, but noticeable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking was limited with many of the spaces reserved for electric vehicles only.”

“The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there”

“This was the easiest stay Ive ever had. No contact required, our room was right next to the bar, and it was a beautiful room. ”

“There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car .”
