“PROMPT 24 hr airport shuttle on the hour and the half. BE READY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. No waiting for stragglers. The restaurant and bar offered a respite for a weary traveler. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet despite being directly across from the elevators.”

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great...

“Everything about our stay from the check-in, the welcome from the staff, the room and the room location was excellent. This is a very good "Airport Hotel".”

“Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise.”

“Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing.”

“Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo, situato a Renton, quindi necessaria auto se volete visitare Seattle. Colazione e parcheggio gratuiti. Stanza grande e confortevole, 2 queen bed. Qualche pecca nelle pulizie: un giorno se ne sono dimenticati, un altro fatta a metà. ”

“Very comfortable beds!! The hotel could do with a nice refurbishing but overall is a good bargain with shuttle bus to/from airport and bkfst. I would recommend to someone not looking for a fancy establishment. The staff was very courteous and friendly ”
