“The Skybridge Hotel was a very nice place to stay over night. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the directions they sent on getting to the hotel from the airport. The walking directions instructed me to go through the parking garage to the light rail station and follow the signs to the International Blvd skybridge. They implied that the skybridge would take me directly into the hotel. They did not mention that I would need to descend to street level at the other end and walk...

“Hotel mediocre, la prima camera assegnata aveva cattivo odore di fumo, tant'è che abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ce ne hanno assegnata una pulita ma con evidenti difetti (es. mattonelle del bagno rotte che cadevano al tocco). Nella hall c'era un odore sgradevole di ristorazione. Di positivo lo shuttle gratuito per l'aeroporto ma consigliamo di prenotarlo tramite la reception, prima della partenza perché loro non mandano messaggi al riguardo.”

“Good, friendly staff, they tried their best. NO elevator when they placed us on 2nd floor. NO functional ice machines. Place is a dump, broken door locks, holes in walls, non working lamps, didn’t even risk taking a shower. One side of the property is an overnight lot with no cameras or lighting. Best room in the whole place is the lobby. ”

“The only elevator breaks down every other day. That was a long walk from the 4th floor to the lobby.”

“Arrived after a long day of travel to their computer down in late evening. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting, they gave us paper forms to fill out. We had a reservation. No regular coffee in room coffee maker, only decaf. No complimentary coffee in lobby until 7am. We arrived to catch our shuttle at 6:02 but the 6:00 had left. The guy returned at 6:14 and we pleaded to take us to airport for fear of missing flight, the lady at desk wouldn’t budge and we had to wait until 6:30. There was no one...
