“Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“One elevator didn’t work and the other elevator was unreliable. The restaurant is closed. The hallway and rooms feel more like a 1970’s Best Western - well worn and not without a musty odor. The HVAC in room 518 is either off or cooling the room to 65 degrees (nothing in the middle). It’s an older property and ,other than scraping it, I don’t know how you could correct all of the issues.”

“The front desk assistants were very helpful and friendly. The AC in our room was not working adequately. When we arrived the temperature was set on 70 but the room temperature was 75°. I lowered the temperature to 62° to cool the room off and had planned to increase it to 68°. The room temperature did not get lower than 73°. I had the HVAC personnel come to our room twice in two days. Initially, the air felt cooler coming out of the vent while he was there but within twenty minutes coolness...

“We had the most incredible stay in Annapolis at the Marriot. The staff was AMAZING from the front desk to the kitchen staff they went out of their way to make us feel at home!!!! We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Everything was so clean!!! Beautiful hotel and amenities.”
