“Il soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale, la struttura è posizionata in pieni centro ad un passo da Queen street la via principale. L'albergo è superlativo, il servizio di CHECK-IN è stato facile e veloce il personale gentilissimo e sorridente, la camera se camera possiamo chiamarla, 35 mq di superficie praticamente un monolocale, pulitissima, ogni mattina il personale ci risistemava tutto cambiandoci asciugamani e quant'altro. La colazione, cosa si può dire,servita dalle 6,30 alle 10,30 è...

“ビジネスラウンジアクセス可のお部屋にしたからか、最上階のお部屋で海やフェリー乗り場の眺めが良かったです。部屋の幅分の窓があります。 ただし、ラウンジは無い様でバーでコーヒー等を頂くことができました。スタッフは皆さん若くてフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。朝食も「本日のサラダ・スープ」があり、工夫が感じられて美味しかったです。”

“The staff were fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The only negative about our stay is the noise that carries from the restaurant if your're staying in a room close to the restaurant, however this noise does disappear pretty much after 930pm and the window in the room not being soundproof as we could hear a dog barking for most of the night. “We absolutely loved our stay at the heritage auckland, only wish it had been longer. We've been fortunate to have traveled to many locations around the world but this was definitely a favourite our our entire family. Very reasonable price, big rooms. Only downside was valet parking but we opted to park at skycity instead”

“A nice place to stay in the middle of Auckland. It was a bit hard to find at first, but we got there. Car parking was a bit hairy with a big car but manageable and it was good to find a place that offered parking. Stayed with our teenagers in separate rooms. The higher floor had great views and was quiet but the lower floor had no view and was very noisy, at times sounding like people were standing right outside our windows even with the window closed. No rubbish bin in one of the room....
