“Staff friendly and helpful. Food cooked was tasty. Enjoyed our stay, rooms a good size. Toddler loved the pool. Property smaller than thought and that photos indicate. Needs deep clean and maintenance to bring it back to scratch. Clean towels not delivered daily, had to ask and on occasion they were not delivered. “The resort is beautiful, clean and i rate it as excellent including the staff. No complaints whatsoever. However, i just can’t belive how dirty the beach is. Garbage is all over. We walked towards the waterfall and the water flowing in and out is dirty. For us it is an easy fix . The vehicles entering the vicinity pay some kind of fees . Where are the fees going? It seems like authorities or officials don’t pay attention or dont really care. If it’s done on a regular basis, it wouldn’t be that...

“Overall positive experience. The hotel is located in a nice area, very quiet. The restaurant and the spa are very good as well as the pool and the beach. I only found a “non-positive” aspect related to the transport: I think the hotel should provide complimentary service from / to the airport since this is located very near (only 15 min). Instead the service was really expensive and unreasonable. also if provided through third party (local taxi), the price asked by the hotel was more than...
