“I recently stayed here for a week and our room was only cleaned ONCE. And that one cleaning was incomplete because they failed to remove the trash from the room. I know that corporations are cutting back on staff and some services, but this was really disappointing. Our room should have been cleaned AT LEAST twice during our seven night stay. “Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Bad location Parking outside Breakfast was not good Staff was helpful and friendly”

“We've been staying at Mansions on Fifth for several years now. We love the hotel and location. However, we were disappointed to learn this time that the absolutely wonderful breakfast that was offered earlier (for like $22) is not longer offered. Instead, for $15 you can get a pre-wrapped dried out croissant from some factory in Pittsburgh. Major disappointment. They have the facilities to offer breakfast, all they need to do is cook it.”
