“The room was great and amazing! I didn’t use any of the utensils or microwave however. I was so shocked they had all that, I’m not use to my room having a microwave and stove. Staff was amazing, I really want to give credit to Mr. Deodis at the front desk for really making my stay welcoming. Class act and incredible human being! I was trying to tip him as well in addition to the housekeeping staff but couldn’t find him on my day of departure.”

“The front desk staff (and valet team) are truly amazing! Just minutes before I was leaving to go to my son’s graduation my glasses broke and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to find crazy glue and basically were just the nicest group ever! The hotel is convenient to everything “Pitt” and our room was wonderful and clean and we even lucked out with a view of the Cathedral of Learning which was a great treat! Highly recommend this hotel! “Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
