“This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again.”

“LIKES; (the setup. Nice size fridge , microwave and a little mini stove is So cool. The lady at the desk that works nights was very helpful and such an Angel with helping me fix my booking. DISLIKES;:(. Couple of critters I had to kill , stand up shower could have been nice but the shower head was broken off and it just caused a headache 2)I’m on a dating /chat site and I didn’t talk to a soul anywhere that day, no one knew where I was but all night long my neighbors were. “My room was very dirty, but being that this was a last minute accommodation I was forced to make I was unable to change rooms. The valet services are terrible. The young men have no sense of urgency, and was even brought the wrong vehicle.”

“The room smelled and we had to change rooms. Other than that it was a nice property and the staff was nice.”

“The room was great, the bed was comfortable. For most of our stay the hallway outside our room on floor 10 had a really strong marijuana odor. Also the parking fee is egregious. $65 per day so be aware of that. Also the pool area was foul. For almost $400 per night after all the fees I expected better from a Marriott Westin property. Staff was super helpful though, couldn’t say enough nice things about them.”

“Service at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel maintains a very welcoming environment. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The gym was clean with towels and water bottles on all workout equipment. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.”
