“Struttura fatiscente, sporca, puzzolente, in camera manca tutto anche il cestino che ho chiesto in reception e non è mai arrivato!!! Inoltre zero sicurezza la porta della stanza è sfondata, mi sono fatto cambiare stanza ma la maggior parte hanno la porta sfondata quindi dopo la seconda stanza ci ho rinunciato. Letto malfatto e materasso sfondato, lenzuola gialle e consumate. Capelli non miei tra le lenzuola e in vasca da bagno. Asciugamani sporchi e completamente consumati. Acqua della doccia...

“Good location, good service, but i expected a nicer room from W hotel. We had a 2 bdrm ocean view suite, so i thought it would be very posh and upscale.
