“l'hotel è abbastanza vicino alla metro e alimentari in genere”

ma la pulizia della camera non viene tanto presa in considerazione, delle briciole del primo giorno sono rimaste con noi per tutti e cinque i giorni, le coperte e i copriletti erano sporchi macchiati di chissà che, e tali sono rimasti, probabilmente saranno li anche per i prossimi ospiti sinceramente credo che sarebbe meglio che qualche responsabile controllasse ciò che l'hotel assicura.So che più che altro è solo un posto per dormire ma a tutto c'è un limite

“buon rapporto qualità-prezzo”

l'hotel è molto piccolo e a circa 800 metri dalla prima metropolitana (Pleisance), ma le camere sono pulite e il personale molto disponibile, parlano anche un po' di italiano. L'ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata a spasso per Parigi, nulla di più.

“Discreto hotel senza tante pretese..”

L'hotel di per sè è discreto tenendo conto che è un 2 stelle e ha tutti i requisiti minimi: colazione buffet, riscaldamento, pulizia giornaliera. Come posizione è relativamente prossimo ai posti turistici del centro (stazione metro porte de vanves a 10 min a piedi e fermata bus 95 lì vicino). Se andate il fine settimana consiglio di fare un salto al vicino marché aux puces. Per il resto è un tantino rumoroso e gli interni sono piuttosto spartani ma considerando il prezzo va più che bene.. specialmente per chi viene a Parigi per girarla tutto il giorno e torna in hotel giusto per dormire la notte. Gli addetti alla reception a volte erano un pò scostanti nel dare informazioni anche perchè non sono molto inclini a parlare inglese e tanto meno l'italiano. Comunque per il rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione è una discreta soluzione.

“Disgusting...”

Rude. Unhelpful staff. Minimal amount of English spoken. Communication was very difficult when asking about nearest amenities. Housekeeping staff repeatedly tried to enter our room an hour and a half before we were due to check out. Renovation work going on all the time. Very noisy. Holes in bedding. Rusty and mouldy shower/bathroom in general. Shower did not drain properly, the bathroom stunk because of it, it also made the plug float off when showering and I hurt my foot on it several times. No room to get dressed/undressed in bathroom. Radiator would not turn off. All furnishings in general were very tatty/damaged in some way. Plug sockets were loose on the wall. Generally the hotel was very worn looking and needs immediate attention. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, never mind return.

“Mushrooms grow out of the floor in your room”

Firstly, when I checked-in, I was given the keycard to a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. When I went back to the desk, they courteously apologized and, for free, upgraded me to a larger (double-occupancy, two bed) room. This room was not very clean, though, and to make matters more disgusting, they had let the need for the shower's corners to be re-caulked lapse for so long that the floor in the bedroom and its carpeting would keep getting damp and wet... such that there were MUSHROOMS, WHOLE MUSHROOMS - 3 OF THEM - GROWING OUT OF THE CARPET! YUCK! Even though I has already paid to stay there for 9 nights, they never once washed or changed-out the sheets or pillowcases - they only "re-straightened" the bedsheets. I could smell a sour smell on all the pillows by the second night, so I needed to put a fresh towel between my face and the pillow. Also, no air conditioning at all in this hotel. Luckily for me, it was cool in June when I stayed there. They need to at LEAST have some box fans available. The people at the desk downstairs were courteous and polite, I am a fair person and would say nothing bad about them, but the management of the hotel is so bad the desk persons can't fix it. I would say, don't stay here unless you're REALLY desperate and there's no place else available. Like me, who needed to book a hotel at the last minute.

“Ok for price”

This hotel wasn't great, but also wasn't horrible. It is a bit on the rundown and dirty side and the neighborhood surrounding it isn't great. The front desk receptionists were helpful when asked for information, but not overly friendly. The biggest problem with the hotel is it is pretty far away from Metro stops. Although it looks relatively close on maps, it isn't when actually walking it. Also the description the hotel gives of being "near the Eiffel Tower" is just false, it is not anywhere near the Eiffel Tower.

“Don't go”

This hotel is a dump, don't waste your time and money. The rooms are dingy and the bathroom is too small to be called a broom cupboard (you literally can't close the door if you stand in front of the sink). It is full of mould and dirt everywhere. As soon as we arrived, I complained to the manager who said that all rooms were like this and couldn't do anything about it. He said he could only ask the cleaning lady to be particularly thorough with the bathroom hygiene and guess what, the following day it was exactly the same. This spoiled our holiday as we couldn't wait to get out every day and didn't feel like going back to bed every evening. Don't go.

“Small and basic hotel”

We stayed at the hotel for two nights last weekend. Although we knew it was a two star I was a little disappointed with the decor which was a bit tired and needed updating. Having said that it was of reasonable standard and was clean if a bit small. The bathroom was pretty tiny, like a cupboard in the wall but bright. We were on the fifth floor and room had lovely French windows and a little ornate mock balcony which was sweet. The lobby/reception gave a much better impression of the rest of the hotel than was true and the lift was hilarious - no chance if there are more than two of you with more than one bag!!!!! Overall was OK it is in a nice area plenty of bars/cafes within 5 mins walk and 10 min walk from metro so location is good if a bit quiet. Would I stay there again? No, because I'd like to be more central and want a higher standard, but if you're on a budget give it a whirl!!

nice little hotel.staff were helpful.room was well cleaned every day like clockwork.
