Hotel vicino a Orto Botanico ABQ BioPark - Albuquerque

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”

“Praticamente perfetto, camere, pulizia prezzo. Il motel é dotato di una laundry gratis. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.”

“No room amenities no fridge or microwave. Hot tub out of service. Dirty carpet everywhere. Elevators smelled like Marijuana and urine. Pet urine was everywhere outside and inside. Hotel did not offer soap or shampoo because they were waiting on a shipment. Oh and the water just completely shut off for the entire property for an entire day. People were using lobby restrooms and leaving their mess in the toilets unflushed. When water turned back on the following day, it ran brown until the...

“The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Sheets clean. This is NOT a 5 star property. It is a nice place to bed down after a long day on the road. The location is excellent. There are several eating places within easy walking distance. Easy on / off I-40. Neighborhood seemed ok. No gunshots!”

More importantly, if your goal is to just get off the road because you're dead tired and need a place to sleep and won't break the bank... this is it. Was it the Ritz? Nope.
