Hotel vicino a Old Town Plaza - Albuquerque

“Great location, close to Old Town and a really good restaurant. Proprietor offered us a complimentary drink each night of our stay. There are 4-5 rooms, we were in 'Charlie', the old saloon (converted obviously), ”

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”

“Praticamente perfetto, camere, pulizia prezzo. Il motel é dotato di una laundry gratis. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“Our room was towards the back door (by the outside smoking area) because we had a dog. We heard every person enter and exit that door (and there were a lot of them), and our dog would not settle down because of the noise. The worst part was a group of 6 or 7 teenagers playing “bottle toss” on the picnic table outside our window for hours untill 1:00am when we finally called the front desk to have them disbursed. It wasn’t even a weekend. The parking lot is entirely gated in and it doesn’t...

“Nice hotel. It was very clean and spacious. Close to where we needed to be each morning. ”

“We were looking forward to some time in the pool, however the pool was not available. Closed for emergency maintenance. The Manager compensated us with a discounted night. The room was large and well equipped. Happy hour was nice, but the included breakfast was a better feature.”

“The surface of the room was clean, however the hotel is in need of some deep cleaning/TLC. The carpet was stained and ripping up, there were scuff marks everywhere, the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure how this hotel had a 8.6. The parking situation was not great, the lot was full and overflow parking was not close or disclosed on checkin. Checked in, got bags out, and had to circle the lot looking for parking, then go back into the hotel to find out where over flow parking was...

“We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight. ”
