“A neat and clean facility to stay for the night. The hotel is a very short walkable distance to Crystal City metro station, if you want to go to DC. There are some good restaurants nearby on an adjacent street. Being on the main road, the facility did feel secure.”

“Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. “Valet backed my SUV into a pillar in the parking garage. Tried to buff it out, unplugged my dash cam and do everything but be honest and tell me about it. Too late, it recorded everything I needed to know. Saw a lot of really nice expensive vehicles being left in their care, be forewarned! Their insurance better handle this well. $75 for valet service is crazy enough... my vehicle should not have been damaged!”
