“As usual we go to check in and everything was fine. A young man named Amier checked us in & everything was great. We went to the garage to park the car & gather our luggage to head to the room & imagine our surprise when the elevator was out of service. We were NOT told this upon checking in. There were no signs as to were to go. We had to search the garage for the stairs. My husband carried the luggage but we had other bags that were not light that I had to carry up 2 flights of stairs. “We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable.
We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. This made the room feel much larger and more comfortable than a standard hotel room.
