Hotel a Russell

“I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!”

“I was very pleased with this hotel. We were in town for a sporting event, so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the rooms and lobby were clean, the staff was very friendly, the exterior was well maintained and clean. There’s a nice community pool, park and playground behind the hotel - all very nice. Overall a positive experience.”

“No pool or hot tub. Mattress was VERY hard. Glad we brought our own pad. No clock in the room. Only handicap parking in front of our ground floor room. They should have held our room for handicap people. The building is very close to a major Interstate highway, and the noise was very noticeable in the room. Bring ear plugs. Other than those things, it was good. The breakfast was good.”

“The elevator was down. We could not get a discount at the hotel because we had booked through a third party. Hoping the regional manner can help with this. Breakfast was basic, but satisfying. According to my 7 year old, "This place has everything I like! Bacon, waffles, and muffins!" The waffle batter was out and several guests tried for waffles before anyone asked an employee for a refill. She happily obliged, though perhaps monitoring more closely would have had less frustrated guests. The...

“There were teenagers running up and down the hall yelling and making a great deal of noise. The hotel staff refused to address it with the other guests.”

“Overall, the stay was good for the price. Check-in took a little longer since there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I called the number they said to call, no one answered on the first try, on the second try, they came. Not a huge deal, but after a long drive with young kids, it wasn't ideal. Other than that, though, the stay was fine! Breakfast was good, too.”

“Good one night stay while passing through. Restaurants are nearby, but need to drive to get there. Conveniently located to the highway.”

“The shower head only had one setting and was a hard stream. The faucet at the sink was so short you could not hardly get your hands under the water.”
