“Room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Room had an awful smell. AC was very loud. Mattresses were worn out. Found dog hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit, potatoes overcooked. I would not recommend this place. I chose it because the reviews looked good. Don’t believe the good reviews.”

“Marriott bought this a few months ago, but it has not been renovated yet. The photos were somewhat deceiving. Our stay was fine, but we expecting much more. Breakfast was good, but limited in offerings due to small breakfast area. We stayed four nights and if we wanted housekeeping, we had to ask for it. The view however was quite nice, as all rooms face the Umpqua River.”

“Even though the property was small and aging exterior, the rooms were surprisingly very clean ! Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was very friendly. We canceled run down best western near by and stayed here !! Would stay again !”

“They come around and clean the rooms every 3 days unless you want them to clean them sooner. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! What put it over the top was the White Gravy and Biscuits! I have never had that offered anywhere before and it was delicious 😋. While I was there they repaved the parking lot and they did a great job! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay! I will be staying there again every time I'm up that way!”
