“Room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Room had an awful smell. AC was very loud. Mattresses were worn out. Found dog hair on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit, potatoes overcooked. I would not recommend this place. I chose it because the reviews looked good. Don’t believe the good reviews.”

“We came in after a long day of travel and it was busy at the front office. The man running the front desk very nice and helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor and he carried our 2 large suitcases upstairs for us. After a long travel day it was much appreciated.”

“Marriott bought this a few months ago, but it has not been renovated yet. The photos were somewhat deceiving. Our stay was fine, but we expecting much more. Breakfast was good, but limited in offerings due to small breakfast area. We stayed four nights and if we wanted housekeeping, we had to ask for it. The view however was quite nice, as all rooms face the Umpqua River.”
