Hotel a Cottage Grove

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The closed down restaurant in the parking lot was a bit off putting. We could hear every step the people in the room above us made. A few times it sounded like they might fall thru the ceiling! The cor on the tub was flaking off in places. The bed was super comfy!”

“Best Western is great. It’s my go to. The Cottage Grove location was great and super convenient for our road trip.”

“Pet friendly and grass area for our dog. A gazibo covered area with chairs to relax in. Contact less check in. Staff via the phone very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early with no extra charge. Had our room done and accessible as soon as possible. We will stay again.”

“This motel is a good spot for an overnight stop. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, but some minor maintenance in spots is needed. Overall it is”funky” and a quaint throw back to the 60’s motor lodges. Not much in food choices around there. A burger stand, a coffee/breakfast stand and a Pilot gas station. Have stayed twice there with my dog. The price is good for what you get. The lobby is a fun place to look at too.”

“If you are staying for NON, this hotel is pretty close to Hayward—less than 1/2 mile walk with sidewalks. Grocery store close. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The bathroom was quite small.”

“There are few choices in the town of Oakridge, so keep that in mind. However, I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again if I could avoid it. The one highlight is the staff, who are very friendly and helpful, as best they can. But the place is old, despite their claims of recent updates. W were in a room with a full kitchen, which I would avoid at all costs. The cabinets were old, grungy and sticky, The dish rack stored under the sink was covered with black spots, which...

“The room was advertised: 2 queen beds and a couch/bed, which served our needs. The property is fine but starting to show its age. The breakfast, while standard fare in American roadside motels, was basic and not terribly nutritious: processed food and no fresh fruit or vegetables. There are a cluster of hotels in this off-ramp retail area which might be more attractive.”
