Hotel in zona Friendly, Eugene

“The room was advertised: 2 queen beds and a couch/bed, which served our needs. The property is fine but starting to show its age. The breakfast, while standard fare in American roadside motels, was basic and not terribly nutritious: processed food and no fresh fruit or vegetables. There are a cluster of hotels in this off-ramp retail area which might be more attractive.”

“The sink wouldn't drain, the toilet had trouble flushing, as it was full of black mold. The property is literally falling down, hence there is only one picture of the outside of the property, taken way in the back. Don't think I will be booking with Expedia any time in the near future, if this is an example of what you have to offer.”

“Hotel was very nice. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river with lots of birds to view in the evening. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was very clean, large, nice temperature, with lots of places to sit and umbrellas to keep us in the shade. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Great service. Thought the room was about as good as a lot of four star hotels, until there was no hot water for my shower. I am confident that was fixed before another guest was booked into that room.”

“Upon check in noone told me that there was only a bed, fridge & microwave & chair. Was no place to put a laptop, put clothes in a drawer, was a total discusting facilitly. Jim Pound 801-755-6027. I had to ask, at the desk, the next moring to what happened. This was not appropriate to pay $300/night under these circumstances.”

“Overall, the property was well maintained and the staff helpful and friendly. The facility though needs an update/remodel. Everything inside is old and outdated, and the place is NOT quite. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you, people walking in the halls both on your floor and above. The door to our room was missing the gasket that seal out light and at night there is lots of light that come in from around the door. That may be OK if you like to sleep with a night light on, but...
