“We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school.”

“It's a beautiful property. You can grab decent food on your way in off of I-5. Check in is super easy. Mike and Stephany are wonderful to deal with, and super accommodating. “Our family of four stayed here while visiting our son at OSU, and the home had plenty of space to accommodate us comfortably. The beds were cozy, and the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms were a lifesaver during a summer heat wave.One downside was the size of the living room—it felt small for a house that can sleep 8–10 people. There weren’t enough seats for all of us, and while we found folding chairs, they weren’t very comfortable for relaxing or watching a movie.The location is a big plus....

“Very quiet and peaceful! The cottage itself is actually pretty large. And the resident dogs are very sweet and happy to see you!”

“This is a wonderfully detailed cottage in a small, quiet neighborhood. It’s located within walking distance of a grocery, restaurant and small shopping area. The house itself has fun features, well appointed rooms and stocked kitchen. Fun place to spend the weekend.”

“The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. “What a great little cottage! Great decor and amazing backyard! Close to campus and felt like home away from home. Will 100% try and stay here again!”
