Hobby Farm Appartamento

Un ambiente tranquillo a solo 1 miglio dalla città di Junction City e 9 miglia a nord di Eugene. Rimarrete su 2 1/2 acri mio hobby fattoria con galline, capre, un piccolo frutteto, e pergolato d'uva. L'appartamento con una camera da letto fuori del negozio (utilizzato solo per lo stoccaggio) è approssimativamente di 700 piedi quadrati con un bel soggiorno dimensioni, ampia camera da letto, cucina completa con la gamma e l'appartamento Frigorifero, dispensa e bagno. Molto confortevole e tranquillo, con nuova pavimentazione, vernice, letto king size, e hidebed. Situato in posizione centrale tra la casa delle anatre / Università dell'Oregon a Eugene, a soli 20 minuti a sud, e la casa dei Beavers / Oregon State University a soli 20 minuti a nord.
Esplora le offerte di Eugene, Corvallis, la costa e le cascate, tutte piene di spettacolari luoghi panoramici da questa comoda base di HOME. È solo un'ora o due per le montagne, gli alti deserti o le spiagge. Facile gita di un giorno alle meravigliose attrazioni del nord-ovest del Pacifico. Le Valli di Willamette e Umpqua sono diventate sede di alcuni vigneti e cantine di livello mondiale. L'appartamento privato e pulito si trova vicino allo stadio Autzen, alla Matt Knight Arena, all'Hayward Field e al centro Hult. Le strade di campagna conducono a escursioni, cantine, fattorie, Festival scandinavo, Festival del paese. e altro ancora. Ci sono anche diversi laghi, il fiume Willamette e il fiume McKenzie nelle vicinanze, per la pesca, il canottaggio o il rafting.

We had a great stay at this place while attending my best friends wedding. It was comfortable and had everything we need. It was super hot while we were there and there was no AC, but we lived with just some fans that were there!

We were in town for a track event in Eugene. This stay was a reasonable distance from Eugene. Everything was the same as explained in the listing. Very clean and easy process.

O a reservation was canceled without notification. We arrived at 11:30 PM to discover that there was no access available. We were not given a code to enter the gate. We were not told that the room was not gonna be available to us. There was no phone number for us to contact anyone to find out where we were supposed to stay or how to get the number for the gate.We had to scramble to find an alternative place to stay.

Conveniently located close to Junction City and not far from Eugene. Very cute spot. We had a great stay the first time so we were happy to return the following year.

We enjoyed our stay - it was convenient, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the locale which was close enough to the city for convenience but far enough away that it was quiet and picturesque. This is not our first time staying here and we plan to stay again!

This place was perfect for my husband and me to visit family and still have our privacy. It has everything anyone would need. Full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a king sized bed. Although the road is busy, the apartment is on a flag lot and you cannot hear any traffic. Loved it!

Excellent! A clean modern very quiet home. The instructions given to locate are spot on easy. From bed to furniture is comfy along with the nice heaters in each room kept was warm and happy overnight. The location is very quiet and serene. In the evenings my wife & I enjoyed the sound of the far distant train as it passed through town.Thank you for welcoming us in, we had a very fun time staying and exploring your neck of the woods. A great jumping off point🤗

Everything was perfect. The orchard was awesome and the goats were fun. Mya was a blessing as we missed our own fur babies and she made it better. Plenty of room for everyone and all organized. We will definitely be returning.

Quaint hobby farm apartment on a large property with a playful pup and two goats. Convenient to Eugene (a bit farther than expected to Corvallis but that’s our fault for not doing better research(. Quiet, peaceful location and we really enjoyed nearby Junction City. Dave and Tami were helpful, friendly hosts. Will definitely add this to our short list of places to stay next time we visit the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at the farm house. Tami was a great communicator and let us in a bit early as we arrived ahead of schedule. We were planning on going to an event nearby which was cancelled so we just stayed at the farm and enjoyed walking through the tree grove with Mya the sweetest dog ever! Would definitely go back.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, extremely cozy, quiet and had every amenity you could want. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I’ve slept in. Tami and Dave were friendly and welcoming as was their beautiful lab, Mya. We will absolutely use this property again should we need a stay in Eugene. Others renting this property will not regret their choice.

A wonderful stay at this special place! We loved being a short distance from town, yet everything needed was still close enough. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked! The hosts responded quickly and communicated clearly. We will be back!!
