“Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us...

"The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient "
