“did not get access to roof top as mentioned but rest everything is great. Breakfast and dinner package is a must if you don't want to wander around the town to find food since the breakfast and dinner provided was excellent.”

“L'hotel e' molto bello e non tradisce le aspettative da questo punto di vista. E' immerso in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale con piante di ogni tipo e un sentiero di 100 mt porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Colva, dove pero' l'hotel non ha alcun tipo di servizio se non il telo mare. Non ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, bar...nulla! In tal modo diventa impossibile usufruire della spiaggia. Anche il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare. Non c'e' molta scelta e sono di una lentezza esasperante!...

“The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. “We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. “The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....
