“Great location, just next to the woodlands checkpoint. Easy access to City Square and Komtar. Clean room and friendly staff. The staff were clearly overwhelmed at breakfast. Cutlery were missing on the tables and we had to wait over 40 mins for our omelette, which is the longest I recall waiting for eggs at any hotel.
